Plomari Forum participates to subject campaign, in cooperation with the professors and students of Plomari High School, for cleaning part of Agios Isidoros beach.
The campaign is organized by OCEAN CONSERVANCY INTERNATIONAL, with the participation of at least 92 countries με την συμμετοχή 92 χωρών, (http://www.oceanconservancy.org/our-work/international-coastal-cleanup/ ). The activities in Greece are coordinated by Hellenic Marine Environment Protection Association (HELMEPA), that record the relevant events on their web page (http://www.helmepa.gr/en/news.php ).
The participation of the students will be combined with the next high school excursion to Agios Isidoros, in coming days. The collected litter will be loaded onto a municipality truck for disposal.
