As scheduled, on Sunday 6/4/14, Plomari Forum organized a group of volunteers to clean the bottom of Plomari port by free diving. 4 free divers and a support team of 2 persons on a boat participated.
A substantial quantity of debris were selected, including plastics, tires, ropes, furniture, bottles etc, which however are only a small part of the total quantity of debris in the port area. The debris were disposed by a truck of the municipality on 7/4.
We thank the volunteers, who participated and we hope to be able to repeat a similar action soon.
